Isfahan, Iran –
The Israeli military has officially released footage and satellite imagery showing extensive damage to Iran’s nuclear site in Isfahan, following a series of recent airstrikes.

In a statement issued by the Israel Defense Forces (IDF), the attacks specifically targeted centrifuge production centers — critical components used in the uranium enrichment process.

🛰️ BBC Verify, working with satellite images from Maxar Technologies captured on June 14, confirmed significant destruction to multiple buildings in the northern section of the Isfahan nuclear complex. The affected area covers approximately 0.3 square kilometers, with at least seven buildings reportedly completely leveled.

According to the images:

  • Large burn marks can be seen around the perimeter of the targeted areas

  • Several buildings appear to have suffered total structural collapse

  • The strike zone includes sensitive infrastructure linked to Iran’s nuclear program

🗣️ Rafael Grossi, Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), addressed the United Nations Security Council yesterday, stating:

"The attacks on the nuclear facilities of the Islamic Republic of Iran have led to a serious deterioration in nuclear safety and regional security."

🧭 Summary:

These attacks have raised global concern over the escalating tensions between Israel and Iran, and underline the growing risk surrounding Iran's nuclear ambitions. The incident could prompt further diplomatic and international responses, particularly from the UN, the IAEA, and global powers monitoring Middle East stability.
